Do you have good phone skills? Are you aggressive, able to multi-task, organized?
Large real estate management company seeking full time employee for our collection department.
Job includes:
Overseeing all collections and building receivables, working with program paying tenants, paperwork compliance with city agencies, correspondence with caseworkers and managers, scheduling of repairs, and ensuring tenant portion payments, calling tenants for arrears and late rent.
Spanish speaking a must.
Computer literate: Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
Must be organized and be able to multi task.
Experience A++
Knowledge of Leasehold Real Estate Software A++
Notary Public A++
